Ruaidhrí Finnegan

Director of Personal Branding

Ruaidhrí partners with C-Suite executives across 3 continents in the development and implementation of personal branding and reputation management campaigns.

With a background in leadership communications, branding and experiential marketing, he works across a variety of sectors – including the asset management, banking, fintech, technology, and global real estate industries. Ruaidhrí has more than 10 years’ experience of advising senior leaders on their leadership and communication challenges.

Over the last ten years, Yoseph has worked with global thought leaders to build and drive growth across personal and business brands through multiple digital channels. Ivana “Mitzi” Miculinic

Project Manager & Client Liaison

Mitzi is a client liaison executive and a project manager.   With over 11 years’ experience of managing C-suite relationships with clients such as Three Mobile, Heineken, Google and Facebook, and working as an event manager for a number of Europe’s largest conferences such as the Web Summit and SaaStock, Mitzi plays a key role in liaising with clients and managing the implementation and delivery of Communiqué’s client projects across multiple time zones.

Dermot McLaughlin

Dermot has held senior management and leadership roles in the public and private sector since 1986.

He advises on strategy formulation & review, organisational development, change management, strategic HR & recruitment, and business planning.

Dermot works closely with Boards, CEO’s, management teams, steering groups, staff, and external stakeholders to ensure that their objectives are met and that options and decisions are based on the best information and evidence available.

Luke Monahan

Luke is a consultant to organisations in all parts of Ireland and on four continents. He specialises in change management, leadership excellence, strategy development, resilience, conflict, and facilitation, also in mentoring and coaching leaders, boards and senior management teams.

He has carried out extensive research into the culture of organisations and how to effect positive change throughout an organisation.
He has a long track record in professional development and training as well as a frequent speaker at conferences nationally and internationally..

Trish Flynn

Trish has a background in social project management, strategic planning, and service planning in both the public sector and community and voluntary sector.

She has extensive experience of developing collaborative interagency partnerships, of facilitating groups as well as co-ordinating community consultation processes and fostering interagency co-operation.

Michael O Connell

Michael is a leading strategic HR adviser with vast experience in organisational design/development/change and change management. He focuses on the application of creative and innovative thinking and models to resolve the complex challenges faced by organisations.

Michael has completed successful Human Resource management and change management projects for clients in Ireland, UK, Middle East, Asia and Africa in government, semi-state, multinational and private organisations.
