With over 11 years’ experience of managing C-suite relationships with clients such as Three Mobile, Heineken, Google and Facebook, and working as an event manager for a number of Europe’s largest conferences such as the Web Summit and SaaStock, Mitzi plays a key role in liaising with clients and managing the implementation and delivery of Communiqué’s client projects across multiple time zones.
Dermot has held senior management and leadership roles in the public and private sector since 1986. He advises on strategy formulation & review, organisational development, change management, strategic HR & recruitment, and business planning. Dermot works closely with Boards, CEO’s, management teams, steering groups, staff, and external stakeholders to ensure that their objectives are met and that options and decisions are based on the best information and evidence available.
Luke is a consultant to organisations in all parts of Ireland and on four continents. He specialises in change management, leadership excellence, strategy development, resilience, conflict, and facilitation, also in mentoring and coaching leaders, boards and senior management teams. He has carried out extensive research into the culture of organisations and how to effect positive change throughout an organisation.
Trish has a background in social project management, strategic planning, and service planning in both the public sector and community and voluntary sector.
She has extensive experience of developing collaborative interagency partnerships, of facilitating groups as well as co-ordinating community consultation processes and fostering interagency co-operation.
